Is the flame effect customizable

  • The PRO Diffuser version offers nine flame colors, allowing you to set the ambiance according to your preference.
  • All models have a light control which allows to two levels of light intensity for desired effect. 

How long does the diffuser run on a full tank?

  • The diffuser has a 180 ml tank with allows the unit to operate for about 9-12 hours. The unit also has a sensor which monitors if the water runs out, and automatically turns off the unit to ensure safety.

Can I use essential oils with this humidifier?

  • Yes, add 2-3 drops of your favorite essential oil to the tank for a fragrant and soothing experience.

How do I use my diffuser? 

Open the top, add water to the marked max fill line, add a few drops of oil (if selected), close the top, turn on the power. 

Why does my diffuser keep turning itself off? 

This can happen for three reasons

a. the water level is too low in the tank

b. water was accidently poured into the base of the unit. Allow it 24 hours to dry without the power connected and try again

c. one of the auto-off timers were activated. 

Is it safe to use overnight?

Absoulutely! The built-in smart chip and anti-dry-burning sensor ensure automatic power-off when water is scarce, guaranteeing safety and peace of mind.

Troubleshooting

Use Caution

1. This is a diffuser, no need for any cotton swabs, you can add non-corrosive essential oils to diffuse the aroma.

2. Please make sure to use a 5V2A adapter for power supply, otherwise the circuit may be damaged.

3. Please make sure that the water level is below the MAX line, please do not let the water enter the ventilation duct, otherwise it may damage the circuit.

4. It is recommended to add essential oils. Please do not add perfume and cologne.

Diffuser Does not work

Please use the correct adapter (usually 5V2A or 12V, 24V adapter) according to the instructions, please make sure the water is below the water level line, please avoid water entering the vent.
